Autism or combined Autism and ADHD assessment ( AuDHD) can be crucial steps in self-understanding. An assessment can help make sense of areas in your life that have been challenging but will also explore your strengths and adaptive strategies. Exploring your unique characteristics through the lens of neurodiversity can bring greater understanding, validation and ultimately, greater self-acceptance. This cultivates a strong platform from which to move forward.
All assessments start with an initial screening appointment, to determine whether full diagnostic assessment is the best option for you, based on your current needs and evidence for potential Autism or AuDHD. This helps ensure assessment meets your needs and expectations. There are other important things to consider before deciding whether assessment is right for you, and you can read more about this in the FAQ’s section.
I provide individual post diagnostic work with people I have assessed. I offer work where my skill set is a good match for the needs identified in the assessment.
